Gus personally oversees every project DiGiovanni Homes is involved in. He handles all major land acquisition and development, and he is the chief estimator and planner for each project. Gus is responsible for all major strategic planning for DiGiovanni Homes.
Steven DiGiovanni is the primary purchasing manager and operations manager on the job site. His responsibilities include organization of the job site and quality management of subcontractors. Steven is also the site accountant for DiGiovanni Homes.
Patrick DiGiovanni is the sales manager for DiGiovanni Homes. He is the main source of contact for customers and helps them choose finishes and customization options. He ensures that all customers are completely satisfied with their new home. Patrick is also responsible for the coordination of buyer, real estate agent, and closing agent for all sales.
Peter Tanacs has been a crucial part of the DiGiovanni Homes team for the last two years. Peter is the go-to guy for general maintenance requests and issues. Peter has extensive experience laying tile, installing hard wood flooring, framing, and restoration work. He is responsible for on site management of subcontractors and construction materials.
